Cancellation and Refunds

Returns, Refunds and Replacements

In case you have received a damaged product, please do not worry. Drop us a mail at support@pbandj.co.in  with the images of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will look into it and have the product replaced or refund the amount, whichever is applicable. 

Refunds:

For COD Orders 

  • Refunds will be processed to your Store Credit  within 1-2 working days after the return package is recieved.You will get a coupon code on your email which you can use on the website.

 

  • For Prepaid Orders 
    • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 1–2 working days after the return package is received.

The refund can take between 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your account. 

 

Cancellation

Please mail us at contact support@pbandj.co.in  for any cancellation requests. We can only cancel orders if they haven’t been processed by our warehouse or shipped i.e. until the status of your order remains unfulfilled. Once the order is processed or shipped we will not be able to cancel it. Personalised/customized orders once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Changes in your order information 

In the event that you have entered an incomplete pin code or an incomplete contact number, please do not worry. Drop us a mail at support@pbandj.co.in  and we will help you out with it.
